A few doors from Zam Zam, Victory is its long-time rival on North Bridge Road, and locals fiercely debate which does the better murtabak. The version here is generously stuffed and flaky, griddled until golden and served with a tangy curry. It's halal, lively and just as steeped in Kampong Glam history.
