To-Ricos Guan Kee Kway Chap

A perennial Old Airport Road favourite for kway chap, where broad sheets of rice noodle come in a fragrant herbal soup alongside a platter of braised pork belly, intestine, egg, tofu and duck. Everything is stewed in a deep five-spice master stock until meltingly tender. The queue is long but moves, and the braised platter is the star. Order it with extra braised egg and beancurd to soak up the gravy.
