Snow City

In a country that never sees a winter, Snow City offers the novelty of real snow at a steady minus-five degrees. The indoor centre's headline is a three-storey, 60-metre snow slope you sled down on tubes, plus a snow playground for building snowmen and the inevitable snowball fights. An adjoining Arctic-themed gallery and photo spots round it out. Jackets and boots are included with admission (bring your own gloves and warm socks). It's a hit with younger kids and anyone curious to feel the cold, and pairs easily with the Science Centre right next door. Sessions are time-limited, so check the schedule. Note: Snow City is scheduled to close permanently on 30 September 2026 for the Science Centre's redevelopment, so visit while you still can.
