Habib's Rojak

A west-side favourite at Ayer Rajah Food Centre with over thirty years of history, Habib's is run by a second-generation owner who still hand-makes the fritters and sauce daily. You order a mix of battered fritters, prawn cakes, tofu and eggs, all cut up and served with a thick, sweet-spicy dipping sauce. The freshness of the fritters and the depth of the sauce are what set it apart. Go with a group and order a big mixed plate to share.
