River Wonders

The smallest and gentlest of the Mandai parks, River Wonders is themed around eight of the world's great rivers, from the Mekong to the Mississippi. Its undisputed stars are the giant pandas Kai Kai and Jia Jia in a climate-controlled forest, plus a manatee-filled 'Amazon Flooded Forest' — one of the largest freshwater aquariums anywhere. A short, gentle boat ride, the Amazon River Quest, drifts past jaguars and monkeys, making this the easiest of the wildlife parks for toddlers and grandparents. Red pandas, giant otters and Indian gharials round out the cast. It pairs naturally with the adjacent Zoo or Bird Paradise on a combined ticket.
