Shaped like a giant lotus blossom reaching out over the water, Moshe Safdie's ArtScience Museum is a Marina Bay landmark in its own right — its ten 'fingers' channel rainwater down into a central oculus and pool. Inside, the permanent Future World by teamLab turns darkened halls into an immersive playground of interactive light, cascading digital waterfalls and rooms you colour in with your own creatures — endlessly popular with children. Rotating blockbuster exhibitions span art, science, design and pop culture, from Disney to deep-sea exploration. The cool, dim galleries make it an ideal refuge on a hot or rainy afternoon.
