Killiney Kopitiam claims roots back to 1919, making it one of Singapore's oldest Hainanese coffee shops, with the original still on Killiney Road. The draw is the classic breakfast set — charcoal-toasted kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs and a strong cup of kopi brewed the traditional way. It also does a tasty curry chicken and laksa if you want something more substantial. The original branch keeps its old-school tiled, marble-table charm, while a chain has spread the name islandwide.
