Singapore is one of Asia's great aviation hubs — Changi links well over a hundred cities, so reaching it is rarely more than a single hop, and the airport itself is worth arriving early for.

Terminals
Changi has four terminals linked by a free Skytrain and walkways, with Jewel between T1, T2 and T3. Check which terminal your flight uses before departure — some budget flights leave from T4.
Into the city
The MRT reaches town in about 45 minutes for around S$2; a taxi or Grab is 20–30 minutes and roughly S$20–40; or pre-book a private transfer for a fixed price and a driver waiting at arrivals. See Getting Around for more.
Long layover?
On a layover of several hours you can often leave the airport on a free Changi transit tour, or simply enjoy Jewel and the transit-area gardens without clearing immigration.
