Singapore's highest open-air panoramic ride is a gentler thrill: a circular gondola that slowly rotates as it rises 79 metres up Imbiah Hill (about 35 metres above sea level), leaving your feet to dangle in the breeze. Over the dozen or so minutes aloft you get an unobstructed 360-degree sweep of Sentosa's beaches, the harbour, the southern islands and the distant city skyline — with a complimentary drink to sip as you turn. It's relaxed enough for all ages and especially lovely at sunset and dusk. It's more about the view than the adrenaline, so pair it with the more active attractions nearby.
